Job Description:

- Represent banks, commercial loan transactions

- Represent banks, commercial collections, workouts, foreclosures

- Represent buyers and sellers in commercial and residential real estate transactions

- Negotiate and draft contracts

- Prepare closing documents and manage closings

Candidate must be currently licensed in New York State; possess strong technical and organizational skills; handle several matters simultaneously.
